2021 CESS Faculty Awards

The purpose of this survey is to collect nominations for CESS Faculty Awards.

Nomination Process:

Each year the College recognizes three faculty members who have demonstrated excellence in one of the following areas: Teaching, Research, or Service.  To nominate a faculty member in CESS for one of these awards, a CESS faculty or staff member should complete this survey, which includes uploading or pasting two letters of support: one from the nominator and one from another CESS community member. Please note that, while faculty who have received an award in the past ten years are not eligible to receive the same award, they may be nominated in either of the other two categories within that time frame.

To maximize efficiency, nominators should have both letters ready to upload or paste when beginning this survey.
