MTurk Users

What Is Involved In The Study?

You will be asked to answer six questions, including your age, relationship status, reproductive goals, duration you have been trying to conceive, zipcode, and if you would be interested in the Online Mind/Body Program for Infertility (more information below).

If you are interested in the Online Mind/Body Program you will be asked to email us through onlinemindbody@uvm.edu to participate in the entire study.

This is part of a larger study. If you qualify for the larger study, you will be provided with additional information and asked to email us if you are interested in participating in the remainder of the study. If you qualified and were interested in participating in the rest of the study, it is important to know that the rest of the study is seperate from MTurk.

What Is the Compensation?

MTurk participants will receive $0.10 for completing the six question screener.

What About Confidentiality?

MTurk user's responses on this survey will not be connected in any way to their MTurk accounts. This confidentiality, which will make it impossible to identify individual participants, will be accomplished by giving participants a link on MTurk to Limesurvey. After the completion of the brief screener, they will be given a completion code to enter into MTurk.  That code is not associated or stored with the participant’s Limesurvey screener and will not be stored or retained by Limesruvey in any way, and can thus not be used to associate MTurk account information with survey responses. It is thus impossible to identify any participant’s responses.

By clicking "NEXT"  you will be provided with more information about the entire study and the ability to begin the survey.

A note on privacy
This survey is anonymous.
The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it. If you used an identifying token to access this survey, please rest assured that this token will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses.
